PART 3 - 2019 Club Fees (and Fundraising Fees or Commitment)

($10 fee if paying by cheque or cash)

 

FULL-YEAR (REGULAR + FUNDRAISING):

o Minor/HS Age (2002 to 2008) = $540 + FUNDRAISING*
o
U20 & Senior (1990 to 2001) = $565 + FUNDRAISING*.
o Masters (30+/1989+) = $505 + Self-Register Online ($45)** + FUNDRAISING*.

**as a Master's Athlete on the Membership Page of the Ontario Masters Athletics Website (New Members (create new profile) or Renewals (follow the instructions in the middle of the page to look up your AC number, then use it to register/update/renew your membership).


o Those who register anytime during the year as a "Non-Competitive Athlete" = $40*

*Notes on "Fundraising Fee/Commitment"

***Three options***
--OPTION 1 - Meaningful commitment to 3 or 4 of our fundaising initiatives (January Bottle Drive, March Raptors Game, April Cards Night, and November AO Cross Country) and
Fundraising Fee = $0 (no fee).
--OPTION 2 - Meaningful commitment to 1 or 2 of our fundaising initiatives (January Bottle Drive, March Raptors Game, April Cards Night, and November AO Cross Country) and Fundraising Fee = $200. (Payable in September)
--OPTION 3- Fundraising Fee = $300. (Payable in September)

*Notes on "Non-Competitive Athlete" fees:
-Consistent $40 for ANY member in this category.
-Usually applies ONLY to a potential new members trying out for the club for an initial three-week period.



UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE + FUNDRAISING:

ooooo University/College Members ONLY (U20/Seniors) - 4 Options:

a) Those who register for the FULL YEAR = $455 + FUNDRAISING*

b) Those who register for SUMMER = $355 + FUNDRAISING*

c) Those who register for FALL = $305 + FUNDRAISING *

d) Those who register for SUMMER TRAINING ONLY, plus RACING at AO XC in November = $240 + FUNDRAISING*

e) Those who register for SUMMER TRAINING ONLY, plus RACING at AO XC & at Canadian XC in November = $290 + FUNDRAISING*

***Three options (University/College only)***
--OPTION 1 - Meaningful commitment to 3 or 4 of our fundaising initiatives (January Bottle Drive, March Raptors Game, April Cards Night, and November AO Cross Country) and
Fundraising Fee = $0 (no fee).
--OPTION 2 - Meaningful commitment to 1 or 2 of our fundaising initiatives (January Bottle Drive, March Raptors Game, April Cards Night, and November AO Cross Country) and Fundraising Fee = $25. (Payable in September)
--OPTION 3- Fundraising Fee = $50. (Payable in September)



ONE-SEASON REGISTRATION + FUNDRAISING:

Participation in two or three competitive seasons requires a full membership fee.

o Those who register for ONLY ONE SEASON

Fees are:
o Minor/HS Age (2002 to 2008) = $300 + FUNDRAISING*
o
U20 & Senior (1990 to 2001) = $320 + FUNDRAISING*.
o Masters (30 and up, 1989 or earlier) = $320 + Self-Register Online ($45)** + FUNDRAISING*.

--OPTION 1 - Meaningful commitment to 3 or 4 of our fundaising initiatives(January Bottle Drive, March Raptors Game, April Cards Night, and November AO Cross Country) and
Fundraising Fee = $0 (no fee).
--OPTION 2 - Meaningful commitment to 1 or 2 of our fundaising initiatives (January Bottle Drive, March Raptors Game, April Cards Night, and November AO Cross Country) and Fundraising Fee = $50. (Payable in September)
--OPTION 3- Fundraising Fee = $100. (Payable in September)

Note:

Club Fees cover the following membership, registration fees and entry fees, as appropriate:
o Athletics Ontario Registration (includes AO insurance coverage)
o Ontario Minor Track Association Registration
o Canadian & Ontario Track & Cross Country meet entry fees.
o Uniforms (club racing singlet, running jacket, t-shirt and/or sweatshirt)
o Overall club administration costs.

Costs not covered by membership fees that are paid by members on a “pay as you go basis”.
o Entry fees to road races.
o A portion of travel & accommodation to Canadian & Ontario Championships, as applicable, depending on success of Fundraising activities in a given year.
o Additional Uniforms - Club Jackets, Pants, T-shirt, toques are available at an extremely attractive price.
