SPRING & SUMMER SEASON WORKOUTS =============================== Wednesdays ---------- Location - Pickering College Track (all-weather
surface) All School Age – 5:30pm Seniors & Masters – 6pm (April); 6:30pm (May-July) Saturdays --------- Location - Pickering College Track (all-weather surface) - see map link on home page. Masters (road racing group) – 7:30am All School Age – 9:00am Seniors (track racing group) – 10:30 am Note: During April, some members (check with Coach) will train at W.H. Day Elementary School, Bradford -a.k.a. "Deadman's Hill" - Wednesdays @ 5:00pm and Saturdays @ 9:30am FALL SEASON WORKOUTS ==================== Wednesdays ---------- a) Cross Country - All ages – 4:30pm Location – Newmarket Ray Twinney Recreation

Senior/Masters – 7:30am All School Age – 9:30am Note: There will be periodic (not regular) evening workouts for some individual’s, as necessary, at York University. (check with Coach)
